Effective date: 24 September 2026
1. The service
EMPublisher is an in-house application of EXTENDED MEDIA HANZL, ENK (org.nr 925 718 882), Trondheimsveien 4B, 0560 Oslo, Norway (“Extended Media”). Extended Media uses it to publish video content to its clients’ channels as part of the services agreed with each client. The application is not sold or distributed to third parties.
2. YouTube Terms of Service
EMPublisher uses the YouTube API Services. By authorising or using EMPublisher you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
3. Authorisation
By authorising EMPublisher on a YouTube channel, you confirm that you own that channel or are entitled to grant access to it, and you allow Extended Media to upload videos and manage playlists on it as described in the Privacy Policy. You can withdraw the authorisation at any time, as described there.
4. Content
Each video is published only after it has been prepared and approved under the agreement between you and Extended Media. You remain responsible for having the rights to the content published on your channel, unless your agreement with Extended Media says otherwise. EMPublisher sends titles, descriptions and other values to YouTube exactly as they were entered and approved; it does not add text to them.
5. Availability
EMPublisher depends on the YouTube API Services, which Google may change or restrict. Extended Media does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and will publish manually through YouTube Studio if the application is unavailable, where this is part of the agreed service.
6. Liability
Extended Media’s liability is governed by the service agreement with each client. Nothing in these terms extends that liability.
7. Law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
